29.06.10: A delegation of the ICMG, composed by its President Mr. Amar Addadi and members of the
Executive Committee, went to Athens in order to meet with the Vice-president of the Greek Government,
Mr. Theodoros Pangalos, and discuss the issue of the Volos - Larissa 2013 Mediterranean Games.

The ICMG members received the confirmation of Mr. Pangalos regarding the commitment of the Greek
government to organize the 2013 Mediterranean Games, although with a rationalized budget, but always
with the firm intention to ensure the qualitative level of the Games.

Following the positive outcome of this meeting, the organization of the 2013 Mediterranean Games
resumes its normal course.
