One of the decisions made by the ICMG Executive Committee during its meeting in Volos on October 26, was the verification of the procedure of call for candidatures for the organization of the 2017 Mediterranean Games. The circular lettre has already been dispatched to all the Olympic Committees - members of the ICMG. The deadline for the submission of candidatures to the ICMG Secretariat is set for June 30, 2010. The election of the city that will host the 2017 Mediterranean Games will take place in 2011, within the framework of the ICMG General Assembly Meeting in Volos.
