At the last meeting of the Turkish Olympic Committee, the President Togay Bayatli submitted his resignation for personal reasons. The E.B. unanimously elected new President, Professor  Dr Ugur ERDENER and Mr Togay BAYATLI Honorary President for life.  

Togay Bayatli, as President of the Turkish Olympic Committee has worked intensively all these years for the Olympic Movement, particularly for the ICMG. It is certain that he will continue, after his resignation from the Olympic Committee, to offer his services in the field of sports and in the Olympic Movement.  The ICMG express to the new Executive Board the best wishes for further success and achievements.
